2021 League Show Entry Form

Below are a few of the COVID-19 compliance procedures that are required for the hosting of our league shows this season. All attendees please read and be in full understanding and compliance.

Having ALL participants adhere to the protocols outlined will allow COCODS to continue to provide shows for its members.

We thank you in advance for your cooperation and patience as we adjust and operate in a new and safe fashion.

Best of luck to all of our competitors:

*Before coming to the show – please monitor your health and the health of those around you. Take your temperature and if you have a temperature of 99.0 stay home.

*If you have been around anyone who exhibits COVID-19 symptoms; or has tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 2 weeks; or has been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 with in the last two weeks, you will not be allowed on the show grounds.

*We would like to encourage everyone to bring their own sanitizing materials to the show for their own use. Show management will have hand sanitizers placed around the grounds for your use and you should bring your own sanitizing wipes etc. for your personal use. Face masks are required to be worn at all times when not mounted. If you choose, you may wear a mask in the warmup and show arenas.

*When you arrive at the show grounds, you and those with you, will be required to sign a Waiver and Release of Liability.

*There will be no spectators allowed on the show grounds. Riders are limited to 3 support persons. We encourage riders and their support group to wear similar colored shirts, armbands or masks for easy recognition of the group of three for distance monitoring purposes.

*We will be enforcing Social Distancing during the show, the exception is with family members. If a person is not social distancing and if they have been asked to do so and are still not, they will then be asked to leave the grounds.

*Classes will be run out of sequence and will be scheduled in a “show and go” framework. This will help minimize social contact and will facilitate scheduling classes by groups/barns. We are asking when your rides are completed that you not remain on the grounds.
